RISK Big Screen Edition is the classic board game, but in a new version especially designed to be played on a big TV using Chromecast (or a similar 'casting' device for Android). You can either play alone against several AI-controlled opponents, or against your friends on the same device or on different devices.
Each player can choose an avatar from a bunch of historic figures, such as military strategists and rulers. Regardless of which one you choose, you get assigned a random color when the game starts.
The gameplay in RISK Big Screen Edition is exactly the same as in the traditional board game. When it's your turn, you get a certain number of troops, and can do as many attacks as you want. Battles are decided in a simple way: you throw the dice, and whoever gets the highest number wins the battle. If the attacker gets the higher number then they get to keep the territory.
RISK Big Screen Edition is an excellent version of this classic board game. It has several different game options and amazing graphics. The best thing about it is that you can play with friends using just one Android ... although it's always easier if each person has the game installed on his or her own device.
